We propose novel triple-$\mathbit{q}$ multipole orders as possible candidates for the two distinct low-temperature symmetry broken phases in quadrupolar system ${\mathrm{PrV}}_{2}{\mathrm{Al}}_{20}$. An analysis of experiment under [111] magnetic fields indicates that ferro octupole moments lower temperature phase arise from antiferro interactions. demonstrate can solve this seemingly inconsistent issue. Anisotropies quadrupole stabilize a order, which further leads to second transition coexisting with moments. The cubic invariant formed by components and characteristic couplings their free energy play important roles. analyze multipolar exchange model mean-field approximation discuss field diagrams.
